Scholarship The Los Angeles Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., is dedicated to providing scholarships to Los Angeles County African American high school students, who are seeking higher education from an accredited four-year university. Since 1929, the Los Angeles Alumnae Chapter has awarded numerous scholarships to deserving Los Angeles County high school graduates attending colleges and universities around the world.
